In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Drink in Style. “You” and “your” refer to anyone using our website or purchasing from us.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy provide additional information relevant to your purchase. Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Please check the dimensions, compatibility, capacity and care instructions on the relevant product page before purchasing. Contact us if you need help choosing a suitable product.

Accessories or other items shown in photographs are included only where the product description expressly states this.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices include GST where applicable.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where PayPal is offered, payments are also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms.

Changes to prices or promotions do not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. Orders

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering.

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or there is a genuine payment or fraud concern, we will contact you promptly.

If an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will explain the issue and offer an available alternative or a refund. We will not substitute a product or charge you a higher price without your agreement.

If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated delivery charges that no longer apply.

6. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery commitment.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Delivery through a third-party carrier does not remove our obligations under applicable consumer law.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the available options and any reasonable additional costs before arranging them.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product has a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time, as required by law.

Your rights apply to sale items as well as full-priced items. They are separate from, and additional to, any manufacturer's warranty or voluntary returns policy.

8. Returns and product issues

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, or believe a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact:

Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and, where practical, photographs to help us assess it.

Original packaging is not required to exercise your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is confirmed to have a fault covered by consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Contact us for return instructions so we can help arrange a suitable method.

Change-of-mind returns are handled under the Returns Policy displayed when you purchase. Any conditions applying to change-of-mind returns do not limit your statutory rights.

9. Product use and care

Please use products for their intended purpose and follow the relevant care instructions and stated capacity limits.

Damage caused by misuse, overloading or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may fall outside consumer guarantees where that conduct caused the problem. This does not limit any rights you otherwise have under applicable law.

Website content, including photographs, text, graphics, logos and designs, is owned by Drink in Style or used with the permission of the relevant rights holders.

You may view the website and print or save information for personal, non-commercial use.

Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws.

If you submit a review or other content to our website, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringe another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and make formatting changes necessary for publication.

We may remove content that breaches these conditions. We will not edit reviews in a way that misrepresents their meaning.

Subject to any mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

For customers outside Australia, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your country.
